There’s a universal rule in throwing a house party: When the cops come, it’s time to go.

However, there are always some people who just don’t want the party to end. For them, a new solution may have just emerged thanks to a video posted on TikTok.

According to TikToker Lisa (@alisabyquar), she and her friends were shaking their stuff at a party in Sydney, Australia when a police officer came to call the event off. However, rather than seeing a man in uniform, the partiers saw something else entirely — a man whose little outfit was ripe and ready for removal.

“Stripper! Stripper! Stripper!” someone can be heard yelling in a heavy Australian accent as the cop attempts to contain the crowd. Apparently, this was a near-universal idea amongst partygoers. “When the cops rock up to shut down your event but you all think he's the stripper,” Lisa writes in the text overlaying the video.

The craziest part? All of the talk about a stripper spooked the cop away — either because he was a little uncomfortable with the idea of dropping his drawers in the middle of a party, or because, as Lisa puts it in the caption, “Everyone started twerking around him.”

So if you’re about to be apprehended by a cop, you know what to do: approach ass-first and try to get him to take his pants off. Surely it can only go well! (Note: others attempting this method have had mixed results).
